An Artist's Journey,' a short film about my life directed by Ayrton Carrazco.
In this intimate documentary, Clara invites us into her Laguna Beach studio to share her unique artistic philosophy. Discover how she channels her sensuality, connects with recycled materials, and utilizes a ritual of meditative silence to step "into the zone" where her feelings flow freely onto the canvas.
More than a profile of an artist, this film captures Clara's ongoing journey through grief after the heartbreaking losses of her late husband and her fiancé, Sandy. Revealing how art served as her ultimate lifeline during periods of deep depression, she demonstrates how painting allows her to process ongoing loss, maintain a connection to her loved ones, and discover inner peace.
"An Artist's Journey" is a moving reminder to embrace your own uniqueness, feel every emotion fully, and ultimately, go with the flow of life's energy.
