MEMBRANES
Art often mirrors life's complexity, as seen in a series of ink drawings that blend the physical and the symbolic. Through the metaphor of membranes—selective barriers that both protect and define—these artworks delve into a deeper exploration of existence, perception, and artistic interpretation, challenging the viewer to consider the multifaceted layers of reality that often remain unseen. Membranes function as a symbolic language of intricate connections and relationships. They delineate external from internal realms and influence our perceptions of time and space.
This series of ink drawings on paper reveals their shades' depth and uncharted dimensions. Titles such as "Semantic Shadows," "Liminality," and "Beyond the Horizon" converge on a unified theme: the interplay between artistic creativity and the pursuit of understanding complex realities.
